Hi Folks, this is just a quick note in response to the queries I’ve received about updating Ocean Mist on Wordpress.com…
The themes hosted on Wordpress.com are managed by the team there and can’t be updated by the theme authors. I suspect they let new theme versions run for a while before adding them to the site, hoping this will help weed out any potential issues with them…
So for those asking when Ocean Mist 2.0 will be available on Wordpress.com, the short answer is; I don’t know.
But if you let the team at Wordpress know you’d like to see it there, it can’t hurt…

Hi Ed,
I’ve been using Autumn-Concept for about a year and absolutely love it. I just noticed the header is weird in Firefox and Safari and wonder if there is a fix for that. The headline runs across the photo and the header photo doesn’t go all the way across. Did I do something to mess it up? I can’t find in at Wordpress.org.

I needed to move to own hosting of blog and so wanted to hang on to Ocean Mist as a theme - not least because the photo just fitted my lifelong learning remit. I can’t even find the theme to move it across. ‘Ocean’ gets nothing and ’sea’ gets all sorts but not quite right. Ho-hum. Will tell Wordpress but hope to see an updated version soon. Meanwhile, I have to go with Vigilance which does not look anywhere near as ‘right’ although it does have more add-ins (once I’ve figured out how the heck to instal them).

Hi, Ed - the Ocean Mist theme is gorgeous! Do you plan to remove the “v 1.2″ from across the top of the page? We’re a non-profit and can’t afford the annual fee just to remove it, but it would be wonderful to have the clean version of the site. Thank you!

Using the OCEAN MIST Theme on my blog , I get a lot of comments about the scene and Where the picture was taken. I use this theme as it is very similar to the coastline just above Santa Barbara, California. This is about 20 minutes from where I live so this theme brings everything close to home. If you know where the picture was taken could you let me know?? Have about 9 people courious which is good as my blog has only been active about a month. Anyway thanks for the great blog theme

I have a question. Love the Ocean Mist theme…it’s gorgeous. In the comments section, is there a way to not have the commenter’s e-mail address show when they respond to a blog entry. Maybe it is there in the settings somewhere, but I can’t seem to get around this. The commenters’ name and e-mail address show remain in the required fields after their comments are uploaded. Any help would be appreciated. Also, like the folks above asked, can the Ocan Mist theme be moved over to Wordpress.org?
